Boards of... Anatolia anyone?

Hun Hun are 28-year-old twin brothers Jimmy and Noé Moens from Brussels, Belgium. They grew up in a musical household since their father is a multi- instrumentalist who played in many bands, such as Bai Kamara Jr. and others. Then, a trip in Turkey opened their eyes to other musical horizons.

At the edge of the what they called the “Galataxy”, they are inspired by old Turkish b- movies and like to explore the eastern side of psychedelia, while remaining firmly grounded by their love of kosmische music.

Their debut LP for Lurid Music features twelve original tracks of a cinematic Anatolian nature, transporting you to the dusty cobblestone streets of the Near East while simultaneously propelling you to the outer regions of space. The LP closes with a crescent chugger remix by veteran Belgian producer DJ soFa.

For fans of Acid Arab, Khidja, Anatolian Weapons, Omar Souleyman, Altin Gün, Baris K, Insanlar.
